He doesn't feel well so he is sleeping. Sneezing is a symptom of a respiratory infection. I would hurry and get him on a broad spectrum antibiotic. Since has he has it, the chances they all do. Birds do not act ill until they are close to death; it's a flock behavior. Flocks tend to kill the weak and sick to protect the flock. Your local farm store should be open tomorrow and yet tonight depending on what part of the country you are in.
