One or two droppings or many, saturated floor?  A few I'd ignore it.  Many I'd add steam rolled oats or oatmeal, (dry uncooked), if you have a few.

What do I do for runny poop?  I went to feed my hens today and I noticed at the door a splat of runny poo.  What can I do for it, and what can cause it?
