The large lump on her right is her crop. When she eats her food goes to her crop for the first stage of her digestion. Your chicken looks like she has a severe case of fowl pox. It's contagious to other chickens thru her; it will spread chicken to chicken. Plus mosquitoes can bite the turken and spread it to your other chickens. I'd get your other chickens vaccinated right away and the turken separate buildings asap. House birds need to be vaccinated too. I'd use the chick vaccine and vaccinate twice.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Turken with sores on her neck
Hi there. I'm brand new to chickens and have only lurked here before. I have a little Turken, Carmela, that I've had for about 2 weeks. She has open sores that have a little blood on them and a big lump on her right side. I separated her and washed her off and put peroxide on her spots. I'm not sure if it's bug bites or fowl pox or what? Also, is the lump an impacted crop? Thank you for any help.
