[CHICKENS-101] Stupid chicken pain relief help

Ok so I have a handful of stupid chickens. I am remodeling their gate because while it keeps dogs out it doesn't keep them in. So they (or a few of them anyway) free range. For some reason 3 of them keep flying into my cairn terrier's pen. She doesn't usually bite them she prefers to lick their faces or when being naughty she pulls feathers.
Today though she did a bit of damage. Of course it had to be the reserve grand champion silver laced wyandotte pullet. It looks like she just got over vigorous with the feather pulling and tore skin in 2 spots. The pullet also appears to have a puncture wound on her thigh.
I plucked around the wounds, rinsed them, then put antibiotic in the wounds, and gave her antibiotic water (she's in a hospital cage now). She's alert and moving around but limping. I have aspirin powder I got for goats if they get wounded. Would that be ok to give the pullet? If so at what measurement? I fully believe her wounds are surviveable I'm just worried about her stress.
Thank you,
Marla
