It is in their water. Remember that the bleach is 5cc/ml per 5 gallons. One ml/cc which ever measurement you want to use. I use oxine, 2 drops per gallon, in my silkies water because the heater bases will encourage bacteria growth in the 24 hours between changes of the big water dishes. Bleach is cheaper. Cathryn
