Re: [CHICKENS-101] Candling Eggs

I have a call duck and a silkie that lays an egg with her egg cell upside down. I put the eggs into the incubator with the air cell up. Hope this helps. Cathryn

I have some bantam faverolle eggs that were shipped, they have been in the incubator for 8 days. I was just candling, unfortunately, a few candled clear. One that did not candle clear appears to have the air sac at the narrow end of the egg--will this be a problem? I currently have all eggs in the turner, narrow end down; should I have this egg sitting narrow end up?
