[CHICKENS-101] Fungus on combs

Ok so we finally got rid of the runny noses a few months ago now I have something strange. After a two month drought, we've had an almost biblical 40+days of rain topped of by hurricane Isaac. Was away several days and took a chance today to sit in the coop. Most of the flock will take advantage and fight over who sits in my lap:-)
Notices two 5mo old Roos and a hen (buff orpingtons) have a mold like fungus on their combs and waddles!!!! 15 others seem clean It was almost dark but had time to wipe them down with ACV with a cotton ball. I've heard that Lotrimin (for athletes foot) can be used on animal skin fungal infections, but here???
I've never seen this before. Ideas? Help.
Oh. They have a really large indoor coop that stays dry. The outdoor caged area 16x24 gets wet with heavy rains. It's under cover.
