Tell her that you have a Neighborhood Watch program going on around you with neighbors seeing & reporting any suspicious activities. 

 We have that in my even-country boonies area ('tho with signs to that affect posted on the roads), and even 'tho I *know* there are only 2 neighbors barely close enough to ever see anything going on, it IS something & at least enough to scare off ill-doer's.

If this were happening to me:
I may have my husband insist that she call me and arrange to discuss the chickens rather than ever showing up unannounced ..and if she continues to do that let her know that she is NOT welcome on your property and we will not be doing business with her if she cant comply witn my request...
