Hi Cari; First off order Pullets only. Your chances of getting a rooster is not zero but it's greatly reduced. If you order "Straight Run" the odds are you will get half roosters. If you are as lucky as me you will get more roosters than hens. YECH. Getting rid of a rooster is like getting rid of the measls, nobody wants them and you are stuck with them. If your up to it they are make good soup. If you want one to keep your hens happy find some one that ordered them and offer to rehome one. They will love you forever.
