Re: [CHICKENS-101] helpful husband.

Haha Heather I feel your pain. My husband helped me put up goat fence a few years ago. I did the whole field and half of the woods and he did the other half of the woods. Guess whose side the goats got out on? Yep his. He rushed the job and they pushed thru. I wound up redoing it. Keeping this on chickens. He built an run 2 years ago while I was at work. He built it weird it had cracks showing at the corners. He said the chickens can't get thru there it's too small. Well the boards warped and they get out. Not to mention what all could get in. That's now on my project list. He says I'm impossible to work for. I just want it done right the first time.

well speaking of helpful hubbies my bf decided to help me finish the pig pen. well i keep telling him they will get out the way he did it. he took over my project that worked on 4hrs yesterday and a few hrs today. he started doing it his way so i left and went to play with the chicks in the brooder. well see whos idea was the best. if they get out of his way of doing the pen then we will redo it my way. lol i guess that is why my chicken breeder pens have worked because i didnt have his help on them just my 9yr old daughters help.
