I live in northern Wisconsin and we get these kind of temperatures all the
time during the winter. Your chickens should be OK, just be sure they can
get out of the wind. You will have to check the water a couple of times a
day to make sure it is not frozen and replace with fresh water if it is. I
notice that when it gets to be very cold, the chickens aren't as active and
tend to sit around with their feathers fluffed out. You might notice this
also.
