Been thinking about it ..may see what the market is for selling a few ( nothing major) But then I would have to keep them seperated so they wouldnt breed with the others - not sure if I am ready to add that to the list of things to do... and hubbys list of things to build is booked up thru next fall ...
as long as they behave I think we could keep at least the hen and one roo ... and maybe seperate and breed them later on...
they do have the advantage that hubby likes the little hen. (he protectively picks her up when ever I call her heritage/existance into question)
Knowing what they are helps (pretty sure Sumatra) and yes now that she is laying she isnt going anywhere any time soon...
