It was so nice here in the UK today, as I had the day off I decided to get my huge stack of ironing done. No, I did not miss out on the glorious sunshine, I connected the extention lead took out my iron & ironing board etc, let the chooks out of the compound & spent a couple of hours ironing in the lovely sun watching my girls pecking round the garden! A perfect day, if you ask me.
When I went to my mates to let dogs out for a wee, discovered where her chook is disapearing to (daily) she had managed to stash 11 eggs! (they have no rooster) she's not getting seriously broody as she gets off the nest each night. lol. I enjoyed today.
Off now to baby sit the dogs for the rest of the night :)Jane & co
