No, you cannot get poison oak or ivy from eating chicken eggs from chickens that ate poison oak or poison ivy.  When food is digested it is broken down into basic chemicals thru chemical reactions in the body that change it. Fact and a very simplified version. Cath


Are you currently sensitized to it?  The first encounter a person has never results in blisters.  Only after becoming 'sensitized' does one break out.  That's why people say they are not affected, because they have not YET become sensitized. 

I am, and would not be eating your chickens eggs for months probably, out of fear.  Internal cases do happen and I 'think' they are worse than external.  So I'm saying "Don't risk it".  Although the question is fascinating.  I know, feed the eggs to someone you don't like and watch to see what happens..... ......... .........
