Ducks eat poop and wash it in their water with their food. You might want watch your chickens carefully for symptoms of sub clinical cocci too.

Hmmm.... any ideas on how to separate them without penning the ducks up? I haven't tried to do that since the ducks think they are chickens! I have two of those puppy play pens that I can put together and make a small pen for the two ducks. Hopefully that would keep them in.
