Theresa, My chart says one day. You can also use the tylan200 to give shots along with the oral dose.
How to give shots.  I'd skip the ice and pay close attention to step 3 about pulling back on the plunger to make sure you are not in a vein or artery.

I started with the Tylan200 today. I have not been able to find anything on how long to throw the eggs out once we start treatment.
We are doing the 2 teaspoons per gallon. I did take some of that mixture and put some down the beaks of our worse chickens just to make sure they get some.
So if someone can tell me about the eggs I would be very happy.

I'd buy tylan200, 10 ccs/2 teaspoons per gallon of water, (keep out of bright light), and treat for 10-14 days.  (do not buy tylan50, it is not strong enough) You can also buy the powder.  If you use the powder, dissolve it by putting the water in the  dry powder, or it clumps up.
Keep up the vetrx.
