Shannon, John has shown all over and does pretty well. I do not know much about them except for the few that were judged when I clerked.

Have you looked at the chickens on their site under large fowl that they are calling Ameraucanas ?
The top row of pics are Easter Eggers .... now those in second row of pics could be Ameraucanas .
It is well known that people are showing Easter Eggers and listing them as Ameraucanas ....... fact is : even the show people are sometimes not up to snuff ...... Also some Judges have not made themselves aware of Easter Eggers and Ameraucanas .
This is kinda sad because the public needs to be told/needs to be aware of what these birds are and how to differentiate them.

Peggy, Nope, not the tailless, tufted chickens! There are APA, ABA ameracanas. The chick hatchery raises and shows them, along with other breeders who do too.
