I concur with Melissa. If your blues have been bred to splash you can end up with either splash or blue.

In the Blue Color Gene you can get a color called "Splash" that is a light
blue or white with blue polka dots or spots. This is what she looks like to
me. I love my Polkadot chicklins - LOL! I have a Splash Ameraucana and a
Splash English Orpington.
