Kristen, Get the on a med now. Choose one, I'd get them on the sulmet, asap. Use the worminator on them asap. As soon as a bird acts sick they need care then. You said you saw one dropping with red. Personally I would carefully hand feed them some of the water and give them a heat lamp at nigh-unless it is in the 80-90's theret, make the entire coop a hosptial.

i do have a wormer that cathryn recommended - not sure what it's called at the moment - 'worminator?" - but i ordered it online because it kills more parasites than wazine and you only need to give a drop or two per bird once. i did worm them in august. obviously not the pullet though.
