Right now I'm feeding this stuff called all-way. It is a crumble and supposed to be good for every age. I doubt it really but that is what they were eating when I got them and the only non gmo stuff my feed store has is a layer crumble. One day in a pinch when I just had the older hen and 2 roosters which are gone now, I bought a bag of Layena pellets from TSC. I've been mixing the pellets with the all-way crumbles just so they don't go to waste... they don't like the pellets I don't think.  So I guess to really answer your question it is a grower crumble mixed with a layer pellet. I'm hoping to soon start switching them over to the organic, non-gmo layer crumble.... but I don't really know when I should. Any advice appreciated!

Thanks,
Em
