I have been advised to dress well, wear gloves, capture the offending bird and carry him comforting him at every opportunity. Never allow him to mate in your presence. He has to understand that you are Rooster #1 It worked with chickens. I spend a lot of time observing my birds especially now that the days are longer it is amazing how different they are. I do not have turkeys , if you can try this it might help.
