Cackle Hatchery buys from outside sources. I didn't know hatcheries did that! On one of the lists I'm on, a member posted she wouldn't have X breed available because all her eggs are committed to Cackle Hatchery.

Well I talked with them because had I known I would have ordered Turkeys with them.. to save on shipping.. (their turkeys don't ship until april). they won't add to an order.. and oh by the way they charge 10% for any cancellations. . On their website only on their mail order page.. down at the bottom does it say that there will be a 10% charge for cancellations.
Now do you think this is good practice.. or am I just being impatient and unreasonable.
