Prob just me getting muddled up. When we rebted a house in Hereford their was a tiny man made pond with one gold fish it dissapeered one winter in spring we decided to clean the pond out & as we lifted out those darned yellow iris'y type of water plants their he was just had been laying low over the winter. Sorry to hear you lost a chick by drowning in the pond. That must have been a very sad time for you.
Yeds the pain of living out of town, mind you the benefits certainly outway them! I don't knoiw how you can even afford to travel 100 miles daily to & from work it must cost you a fortune in petrol. No wonder your car is feeling under the weather. Bit of a dilema re the mechanic, but if your hubby can fix it surely the mechanic would understand & you could just give him a littl cash for the time he has put in? I wouldn't feel too guilty about trying to save money! Unless you are worried your dh might not be able to do the job as professionally? You need to think about that one
