This could be caused by any number of things; maybe she took a bad fall from the roost or another bird got rough with her...hard to know. However, I think that Susan's advice to sequester her for awhile is a good idea. That way you can monitor the situation and make sure that she's able to get to feed and water. If you don't want to take her out of the coop, perhaps you can put her in a cage inside the coop...?
Often, with a bit of rest and restricted activity, these things will resolve on their own.
