At least she's ok. We all oops some times.

hubby got home a bit earlier than normal yesterday, so he let the flock out to free range a while.. I was out galavanting (shopping) and was not home to help put the babies away for the night.. (I usually do a head count and/or look under the coop for stragglers.. )
Hubby looked under the coop, but did not have the flashlight and one of our sumatras was hiding under there..
We are in SCentral WI and the temps are around 25-32 and it snowed last night... I was walking out to let them out for the morning and I looked over and next to the coop, roosting on a sawhorse was our little raven baby trying to stay warm...
awww... I brought her in the house just to show hubby what happened we feed her some grain and after a moment she ate it heartily so I think she is ok.. we will have to keep an eye on her..
Ever since its been winter they have been sooo good at going in by themselves we slipped up...
