Oh my gosh, I am so sad for you !   I know you are heartbroken.  Sounds like a hawk or owl got them.  We also have to enclose every little thing and put them in the house at night.   BTW, my silkies and top hats are happy and healthy.  Thanks again.  I love to watch them play.    Susan
