Well for me not the same .... DHS maybe getting better but a couple years ago DHS couldn't find anything out here and I had stuff left at neighbors and even a local garage :-( LOL and FedEx isn't much better ... plus with them I caught them lying and told them to just stay away. SO far UPS has been the only one to not mess up .... but I guess it's only time.
