Re: [CHICKENS-101] Feed Issue

 

If the feed was bad there should be a re-call on it.  Have you reported this to the source you obtained it from?

I put chicken feed into 5 gallon buckets without the feed ever leaving my vehicle, so I see what I've got immediately.  This would eliminate any possibility of the feed store claiming the contamination occured after purchase.

Just wanted to let others know....

For those of you who use Nutrena pellet poultry feed....watch it closely....Two of my 4 bags in last month or so, have been highly infested with mold, to where majority of bag is off color, pale green in color, and clumpy at bottom that when out dump it into a feed bin/holder and was horrid in those large peices that would fall out in the last protion....
