Chester hears us and quickly comes to the front yard and tries to attack the smaller dogs.  He's already knocked my 7 lb chihuahua down and pecked her.  She is traumatized.  Any suggestions?  Advice? 

Chester is beautiful but if he is that aggressive, I'd be thinking about chicken stew.
