Re: [CHICKENS-101] CFC-Culpeper Farm Co-op

Hmmmm. 13 + Mrs. Stroud and 48 in the incubator. I might be able to match you in a couple weeks.

About 45-50.  Like Laura, I cannot count them.  Every evening I feed them 4-5 scoops in their feeder.  Yesterday I was cleaning some tarps/plastic from my yard that had been there for years.  Underneath one of them was a nest of citronella ants.  As soon as I finished, 2 of my NNs went straight to it and were munching on those ants like they were jelly beans.

I go through 3-4 bags of feed every 2 weeks or so.   My birds free range.  Of course, in the winter I change from straight layer mix to a combo of layer mix, cat food and cracked corn and they go through it a lot faster.
