sure you can, clicker training is actually rather simple and if you watch a few of those chicken camp videos you will see/hear them say it over and over that training is a mechanical skill. This is the same method they use to train animals at zoos and at Sea World.
the people in the videos are mostly dog trainers who are working on improving their skills. I have been to a few of the shorter chicken camp sessions and it is a real eye opener to train a chicken in such a way because you can apply the science of operant conditioning very easily.
