Can you and should you pull weeds and grass (including clippings from mower) and give them to your chickens? I have looked at so much concerning chickens and I thought you could do this but I read somewhere about a chicken that was sick as it had grass?? stuck in it's throat. If I am remembering correctly it was said that they can eat grass if "they" are able to pick it themselves but that eating clippings pulled for them or from mower is not good.
