[CHICKENS-101] Re: Moving a Nesting Turkey

I agree Pete...but for two years I have had to nix trips because I owned a horse and worked at the barn to pay for him. Working there was a six-day-a-week job. So, when I sold my horse so that Hubby and I could spend more time together, I didn't foresee our first trip being planned the same time as a hatching clutch :-(. Hubby wasn't happy when I told him that I didn't think I could go because of hatching chickens (turkey hen took over the brooding of chicken eggs). He never has had my love of chickens! I appreciate your input. I will move them as soon as possible so that I can be here in case of any negative issues in the beginning. Thanks again, Bonnie
