Where I am you cannot even get anyone to work... AT ALL! Let alone the highway option... here its lets sell drugs option! GRR!

When you are paying some one to do a job a certain way, it is my way or hit the highway with no payday. I need things done a certain way for my chickens, what is best for them, not what is best for someone else or how they want to do things.
