It really depends on the age and status of the banty. I have a few banty hens that don't take any guff from standards and will chase them off, but if the banty is younger and less confident, it is likely the others will pick on it. Does she have a place to run? i don't worry as much when they are free ranging since they can get away, but when they are penned, not so much.
Val, it was nice seeing you, yesterday! Our farm is looking pretty ratty right now. Full of feathers from all these molting chickens! If you don't make it over before Spring, Spring is definitely better. Green, pretty and usually babies of several species.
