Hi Mary Beth, what about bringing the other 2 in at night to keep her company just till she is strong enough to go back out in the coop at night, obviously dont let her stay with them unsupervised during the day, till her skin has healed a bit, or you might risk them turning on her.
You could suprevise them in the kitchen for the last hour before bed time .when you want them to settle just switch the lights off they go all quiet & are easy to pick up, 3 should be managable. Jane & co
