I drove 286 miles to get a ton of my feed made a certain way. I went up north, combined the trip with paying my taxes, collecting my mail, and checking on my mobil home on the river. It's a long ways to go and expensive. My chickens gobble it up and love it, and it's good for them.

Y'all that have local elevators that mix their own (or allows you to create your own) feed are extremely fortunate. We don't have any near us and have to go 30+ miles one way to a TSC. Oh how we wish we had an elevator near us!!! Gary, C.F., SC |
