I used to live in Las Vegas as a kid. I am finding Rice hulls may be a
west coast thing. I know up around Sacramento they raise allot of rice.
If you use them for horses don't be alarmed if they eat quite a bit
right off. There are still bits of rice mixed in. My girl gave it up
as too much work after the first week... LOL.
Do you have Anatolian shepherds? I peeked at your blogs. I see you
have a Great Pyrenees as well. I know you get hotter where you are than
me. How well do they handle the heat? I cant even think of having an
LGD untill I get my property fenced. I have eighteen acres. but am
surrounded by open acreage that connects to bLM land and eventually to
Mexico.
