What do I put on my chicken coop floors?

Actually, our coop area has a dirt floor. Eventually, I'm going to rototill it, dump all the umm... crap in the garden, then fill it in with sand.
What I would really like to do is build three pens. Two would have chickens, and one is a garden. I would rotate them yearly. Two years of chickens should leave some rich soil with very little in the way of weeds or vegetation.
