Thanks for the advice. I've got a big dog crate that she and a young pullet can go in for now.

Yes, she is on antibiotics. She had developed infection quickly and went to the vet just as quickly. The infection is down and the wounds are healing nicely. Its now time for the next phase of her rehabilitation: allowing her more space for walking.
