I only have two chickens, and I supplement pretty liberally with kitchen
scraps and fresh greens, so a 50 lb. bag lasts me a looooong time. If I had
more than 3 or 4 there's no way I could afford it... unless maybe I sold a
lot of "organic eggs" for a lot of money!
