Thanks Peggy! They are wonderful dogs, and I have been amazed at how independent she is. She's affectionate, but in small quantities, and she prefers to be outside with the hens—which is great, unless it gets too hot. She's got great hearing! I was a little worried as she's submissive around other dogs, but she knows when to stand up for herself. I couldn't be happier. :)

I would bring her in for a couple hours in the evening then she was out for the night. Coyotes will not cross where she has marked as her territory.
