I remember now. I used to use dates. Now I number them. I can't fill an egg carton a day. When I get eggs the next day, I just use the latest carton. I figure one day won't matter.

We use a pencil to mark the date. If you are putting them in egg cartons and can fill an egg carton a day, you can put the date on the end of the carton.
