He's never been too interested in my parrots, but I always make sure he is locked up if they are out of the cage in the house. They generally won't go to ground outside, but I carry them high over my head around him outside. My chickens will have to be caged as it seems he can't be trusted. I had hoped since he wasn't paying them any attention in their pens he wouldn't be interested, but no such luck. He has some prey drive, but not as much as his type is noted for.
