Colin, I did some research and emailed it to you privately. In the UK you have to have a script for meds. which really complicates things for you. I hope what I found helps you.

For a few days now its not got any bigger, however I have noticed once or twice in this morning the head movements, I presume to try and rearrange the crop, I do believe the same as Donna may be a yeast infection now .....
