I too would like to see an apology since this kind of verbal attack will not be tolerated no matter what side of a discussion it comes from. Trust me things also can and have been handled behind the scenes ( privately ) but at times a notice sent to the entire group is needed.
Yes I am "violating" the rule to trim ...... but more importantly this group is for everyone not just a select few and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Now if we had a group where everyone agreed and all was in balance and harmony ....most would leave as no one would learn anything. We need diverse opinion and ideas .... from hobbyists to grizzled veterans .... from fuzzy chicken lovers to large scale producers. What we do not need is anyone who feels they are here to give but not learn ... when you stop learning you are dead. Also be flexible .... nitpicking or holding someone to black and white with no shades of gray limits rather then opens lines of communication.
