Hi Anita, I too love hearing the crowing. I feel quite happy to keep my boys now. Thought I could not do it in this built up area, but now we have successfully kept them in their special made box with roost bar & vent in their blackened out shed & conquered the worry of early morning crowing I am not bothered. I let them out at 8.30 to 9 on week days & 9.30 to 10 weekends. Works great. Thier crowing does not worry me in the day time as all the neighbors can't complain at that. Jane & co
