[CHICKENS-101] Re: Egg consistency? How to adjust?

 

One day I decided to boil some eggs that had cracks in them. I found them really easy to peel and now I gently tap my eggs before I boil them if I want them whole. Now, there is a fine art to that if you don't want it to spew out of the shell during the boil. If I don't care, I just boil, cut in half and spoon out.
