When I was stationed on a remote island in Alaska in the mid '50's, we ate green eggs.  The top inch or so of powdered eggs was always green when the can was opened.  Kinda put me off scrambled eggs for years.

Red meat is not bad for you
Fuzzy green meat is bad for you.
