Do you have a county extension agent? I would ask mine how to as I honestly have no idea, but I'm confident she could point me in the right direction.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Organic?
I'm pretty new to chickens. Got my 14 this past March and they've just started laying (yay!) My question is, if I wanted to sell the surplus as "organic" what do I need to do to make that claim? I've heard the term "certified" organic, so I'm assuming someone needs to certify that I'm feeding the correct feed. Can anyone point me in the right direction to look into this?
